Eat Well Inspiration

Nourish bowls, abundance bowls, rainbow bowls... whatever you want to call them they're basically bowls of goodness and Instagram, Pinterest and every other social stream is awash with them. These wholesome meals work on the premise of loading your plate with as much nutritionally-dense food as possible. It's a quick and easy way to pack in loads of vitamin-rich veggies, good fats, protein and healthy grains. My favourite thing to do is roast whatever vegetables are in the fridge (usually sweet potatoes, courgettes, carrots and aubergine), combine them with some cooked lentils or quinoa and finish with a dollop of homemade hummus and some mashed avocado. A sprinkling of sunflower or pumpkin seeds is the perfect touch...and maybe some cherry tomatoes or sliced beetroot for extra colour - you can keep going depending on how hungry you are!

Pineapple Mad

Flicking through my Pinterest boards the other day, I noticed a recurring theme: pineapples! Not only is this fruit totally delicious and nutritionally beneficial, it holds a certain aesthetic value.
