5 minutes with Jacqueline Alwill

Quick-fire inspiration from the Australian model-turned-nutritionist





My morning routine consists of... meditation, cuddles, breakfast, school drop off and then exercise (cross training, beach running, spin or weights, I need to do more yoga) before getting into work. 

My ultimate nourishing meal is... what I call my Nourish or Balance Bowls, which are honestly usually leftovers combined in different ways to look like a rainbow around a bowl and make me happiest to eat. 

I can't live without... cuddles, human affection is everything to me and my boys satisfy it beautifully. If it were food related then kombucha...confessed addict. 

Every day I make time to... move my body, it's a non-negotiable for my clarity, focus and sanity too! 

I unwind with... meditation at the beginning and end of the day for 20 minutes in each practice.

My favourite mantra is... life isn't about finding yourself, it's about creating yourself.
